  1. Customer Data Management

  2. Collect, maintain, and update customer information (leads, prospects, buyers).

  3. Ensure data accuracy and segmentation for marketing and communication.

  4. Lead Management

  5. Monitor leads from various sources (walk-ins, website, social media, events).

  6. Assign leads to sales representatives and track follow-up.
  7. Improve lead conversion rate.

  8. Customer Interaction & Engagement

  9. Develop and implement customer engagement campaigns (email, SMS, calls).

  10. Conduct satisfaction surveys and gather feedback.
  11. Manage pre-sales and post-sales communication.

  12. Sales Support

  13. Coordinate with the sales team to track and nurture prospects.

  14. Provide insights into customer preferences and buying behavior.
  15. Ensure smooth vehicle delivery and onboarding experience.

  16. After-Sales Service Coordination

  17. Schedule service reminders and follow-ups.

  18. Handle customer complaints or service-related issues.
  19. Promote extended warranties, service packages, and accessories.

  20. Loyalty & Retention Programs

  21. Design and manage loyalty programs (e.g., referral bonuses, repeat purchase offers).

  22. Track customer lifecycle and send targeted offers to retain customers.

  23. Reporting & Analysis

  24. Prepare CRM performance reports (lead conversion, retention, NPS, etc.).

  25. Use analytics to identify trends and improve customer strategies.
  26. Provide management with insights for decision-making.

  27. Software & Tools Management

  28. Manage CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, AutoRaptor, HubSpot, DMS integration).

  29. Train dealership staff on CRM system usage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹50,889.28 per month
