About OstoOsto is a protection-first, all-in-one cybersecurity platform that makes startups enterprise-ready in minutes — securing cloud, apps, APIs, devices, and data with real enforcement, no security engineer required.Role OverviewWe’re hiring a Founder’s Office Generalist who can operate as an extension of the founders — solving problems, driving execution, and keeping momentum across GTM, product, hiring, ops, and special strategic projects.This is a high-trust, high-impact role built for someone who wants to grow into a senior leadership position.What You’ll DriveOwn and execute high-priority founder-led projects end-to-end.Support GTM initiatives: research, outreach, content, partnerships.Work with product & engineering to coordinate launches, timelines, and cross-functional execution.Manage hiring sprints: screening, coordination, candidate experience.Build dashboards, processes, and documentation to reduce founder load.Conduct deep research (market, competitive, customer intelligence).Represent founders in meetings, notes, follow-ups, and execution loops.Operate as the first responder for “0 → 1” problems across the company.What We’re Looking For3-5 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, PMO, early-stage startup roles, or founder/entrepreneur experience.Strong problem-solving, clarity, and execution-first mindset.Exceptional written & verbal communication.Ability to work in ambiguity and create structure from scratch.Fast learner, high hunger, no ego, extreme ownership.Interest in cybersecurity, SaaS, or DevTools is a plus.Why This RoleWork directly with founders on company-defining problems.High visibility, high trust, and high ownership.Fastest path to leadership - Ops, Product, GTM, or Chief of Staff.Build the systems and culture of a company scaling globally.
