About the Company:We're a dynamic fintech revolutionizing India's collections landscape.What You’ll Do:This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role working directly with the Founders. You will actas an extension of the founder - solving strategic problems, managing priority initiatives,enabling cross-functional execution, and supporting investor relations.If you enjoy building, problem-solving, and context-switching across functions at hyperspeed - this role is for you.Execution & Program ManagementLead and track high-priority projects across product, ops, growth, partnerships, tech, and HR.Unblock bottlenecks, ensure accountability, and keep execution velocity high.Build clarity for teams through docs, dashboards, weekly reviews, and OKRs.Business & Market IntelligenceAnalyze financial and operational data to derive insights and enable decision-making.Deep dive into portfolio performance, unit economics, pricing, and efficiency levers.Conduct competitive and market research to support strategic decisions.Investor Relations & Fundraising SupportPrepare and maintain pitch decks, investor updates, TAM models, financial projections, and diligence data.Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and due diligence workflows.Represent company metrics, milestones, and vision with precision and confidence.Founder LeverageHelp the founder prioritize time, workflows, and communication.Draft critical communication - internal notes, customer messages, investor emails, etc.Build and maintain high-trust relationships across internal & external stakeholders.What We’re Looking For:1 - 4 years of relevant experience in consulting, VC/PE, founder’s office, strategy, BizOps, or startup roles.Strong analytical skills and structured thinking; comfortable with numbers and Dashboards.Excellent written and verbal communication; can simplify complexity.High bias for action - gets things done without waiting for perfect clarity.Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous, high-ownership environments.You’ll Thrive Here IfYou think like an operator and act like an owner.You love problem-solving across domains instead of sitting in one vertical.You are energized by responsibility, speed, and learning curves.You enjoy working directly with founders in zero-to-one and one-to-ten phases.Success Metrics (First 12 Months)Priority projects executed on time with measurable business outcomesStrong founder leverage - reduced friction, faster decisions, fewer dropped ballsProactive investor communication & fundraising support leading to trust and momentumCross-functional alignment with minimal escalations and maximal ownershipWhy Join Us?You’ll be in the room where decisions are made, shaping:- GTM strategy- Product and automation decisions- Market expansion and partnerships- Fundraising and board communication- Strategic priorities for the orgYou will learn more in 12 months than most roles teach in 3 years.If you want to build, learn, lead, and operate at the heart of a fast-scaling fintech - this is where you belong.
