Role Description
We are seeking a smart, driven Business Development Executive to support our team in generating leads, managing outreach, coordinating meetings, and strengthening our growth engine. This is a high-impact role where initiative and performance directly shape opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify, research, and qualify prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events.
Cold Outreach: Confidently contact potential clients to introduce Stedaxis's services.
Meeting Coordination: Schedule client meetings, prepare brief notes, and support pre/post-meeting activities.
Follow-Ups: Maintain lead tracking, send timely follow-ups, and ensure momentum is maintained.
Sales Process Development: Assist in documenting and refining the sales system and CRM tracking.
Workflow Support: Assist the leadership team with calendar management and light admin tasks.
Campaign Assistance: Collaborate on marketing campaigns, expos, and outreach activities.
Brand Representation: Occasionally represent Stedaxis in person, by phone, or online.
What We are Looking For
:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing, sales and product development.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in product development, sales and marketing and analytics tools.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Industry Knowledge:
Knowledge of technology, electronics, AI and Machine Learning is highly desirable.
