Job Overview

Awestruck is seeking a Junior Business Development professional to join our team. This position is based in Thane, Navi Mumbai, and offers an exciting full-time, internship opportunity. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of work experience in related roles and be passionate about sales and market research.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong sales acumen with the ability to identify and close new business opportunities effectively.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster customer loyalty and business growth.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas and solutions.
  • Experience in lead generation and the ability to turn prospects into long-term clients.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and practices to track and manage client interactions and data.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through various methods such as cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
  • Create and execute strategic business plans to meet and exceed sales targets and company growth objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and vendors to secure favorable terms and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of gifting solutions and services.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential and existing clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress through CRM systems.
