Ezvisa & Immigration Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced 
Senior Immigration Counsellor
 for our Kottayam branch. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional leadership skills and extensive knowledge of the immigration industry. This is a leadership role where you will oversee a team, manage client processes, and ensure targets are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the immigration team to achieve branch and individual targets.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on various visa categories, including: Australia & Canada PR, Skilled Worker Visas, Study Visas, Visit and Tourist Visas, Permanent Residency (PR) Visas.
  • Stay updated with immigration policies and requirements of countries like Germany, UK, and other European countries.
  • Conduct training sessions to improve team performance and knowledge.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor team performance, ensuring high standards of professionalism and productivity.
  • Handle escalated client issues, ensuring a resolution-oriented approach.
  • Generate and present regular performance and progress reports to management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 
    2 to 3 Years of experience
     in the immigration industry, with proven expertise in Australia and Canada PR.
  • In-depth knowledge of visa categories and country-specific requirements, including Germany, UK, and other European nations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed targets.
  • High level of organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • A self-driven, energetic, and enthusiastic individual with a results-oriented mindset.
