Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and driven Performance Marketing and Growth Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, strong analytical skills, and a passion for driving results.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Manage ads on platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to optimize campaign performance.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
  • Conduct A/B tests and experiments to improve campaign performance and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and creative, to develop integrated marketing campaigns that drive business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing and growth hacking.
