We Are Hiring: Group HR & Compliance Head

General Group of Companies – a leading name in sustainable textiles and polyfilms manufacturing – is looking for an experienced Group HR & Compliance Head to oversee our HR and compliance functions across both business verticals.

Location: Surat, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead the HR strategy and operations


• Manage recruitment, training, performance management, and employee engagement.


• Ensure full compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and industry certifications.


• Drive organizational culture, leadership development, and change management.


• Establish robust HR systems and processes to support future expansion.

Candidate Profile:

5+ years of HR leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing

. In-depth knowledge of labor compliance and statutory framework

s. Demonstrated experience in managing large teams and driving HR transformati

on. Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking ski
