The traction that the initiative has received over the past year is indeed heart warming, our whatsapp community on this subject is India’s largest, our social media presence has gone from 160 to over 26K, we have inked our collaboration agreement with National Health Mission and Govt of Karnataka on awareness through the state, also inked a close understanding with Indian Menopause Society and its 4000 specialist doctors, our technology laden App is out with intended links to Labs, Doctors, latest info, games, quizzes, fitness trackers etc. Learn more about our mission and how we support our messaging to be multi lingual at miror.in .
After having done the above we are now concentrating on our Monetisation model from products to services.
Position Overview: We are looking for a professional who believes in our cause, understands and studies the solutions available (supplements, services, beauty aids, etc.), and brings those solutions to our monetisation goal to make the company more valuable.
Key Responsibilities:
E-Commerce Development: Manage our existing e-commerce website and digital sales channels (Amazon) and expand them.
Sales and Marketing of Product: Strong expertise in sales and marketing to drive success of product and services
Sales and Marketing of Services: Driving monetisation growth through services ranging from Doctor consultations, lab services, Corporate sales, Retreats etc
Monetisation Strategies: Understanding and implementing various monetisation models, including subscription services, revenue sharing, and partner collaborations.
Flagship Product Management: Drive the sales of our current flagship product, Revive, a daily MultiCare Supplement designed for women through all stages of life, including perimenopause, menopause, and beyond. Promote its benefits such as heart health, inflammation reduction, skin radiance, brain power, gut health, and energy boosting..
Product Expansion: Plan and launch new products in the near future, ensuring they meet the same high success standards and address the needs of our target audience.
Community Engagement: Leverage our leading menopause WhatsApp community, The Miror Community, to drive sales. Engage with the community to promote our products and gather feedback.
Global Expansion: Contributing to Miror’s ambition of becoming a global entity, with a vision of establishing a Unicorn with an international footprint.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in E-Commerce, sales, and marketing.
Familiarity with product lifecycle management from identification to sale.
Ability to develop and execute monetisation strategies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passionate about women's health and wellness.
