About the Function:The Client Solutions Lead role is an integral part of our Sales Strategy team. This function is responsible for consulting with some of the largest advertisers in the country, working closely with our frontline sales team, and collaborating with internal teams to develop and sell media solutions. The function is pivotal in building industry relationships, driving revenue, and using data analytics to provide consultative solutions for our customers.
About the Role:As a Client Solutions Lead, you will be a key player in shaping the strategy and execution of our advertising solutions. You will partner with the frontline sales team and various internal stakeholders to craft bespoke media solutions that align with client objectives. This role requires a balance of sales expertise, analytical skills, and a customer-centric approach to drive success in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
What Will You Be Doing?Work with brands to understand their business objectives and develop creative ideas in partnership with the frontline sales team, which will include developing content pitches, crafting media plans & bespoke advertising opportunities, and building on insights.Provide excellent client service for media agencies and direct clients in each stage of the sales process: pre-sales, consulting with campaign set up optimization, analysis and creative reviewBuild key stakeholder relationships both internally and externally and be seen as a key. influencer in shaping product roadmaps, platform strategy and the overall platform narrativeWork and collaborate with diverse group of internal cross functional teams.Provide dedicated account management to top clients, to develop, manage, optimize, and support strategic account plans, and leverage data to create business solutions for clients.In partnership with frontline sales team, identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our partners.
Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum 5 years of experience in account management and consultative selling, with a proven ability to create, maintain, and enhance customer relationships.Background in a media publisher or agency environment.Strong expertise in online advertising and analytics.Highly structured and analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience creating presentations, solution documents, and media packages.In-depth knowledge of trends in digital advertising.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to leverage technology, data, creativity, and ad products to develop comprehensive media solutions.Proven track record of managing and executing multiple cross-functional projects successfully.
