Join Maker Lab as a Senior Designer/Designer

We're seeking a talented Senior Designer/Designer to collaborate with our cross-functional teams, creating innovative solutions for our clients.

  • Develop and maintain brand ethos across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency and excellence.
  • Participate in integrated campaigns, from concept to completion, incorporating photography, illustration, animation, digital, and experiential elements.
  • Design campaign playbooks, outlining look and feel, tone, and design principles, and develop visual identity systems adaptable for APAC markets.
  • Collaborate with Creative Leads, Content Strategists, and designers to develop design solutions.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality creative production, communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Inspire and motivate senior groups, promoting design thinking and principles.
  • Deliverables must adhere to strategic briefs, brand vision, and intention.
  • Operate as both an individual contributor and a team player, championing the user in design rationales.

Requirements:

  • 5-8+ years of experience in creative studios with a focus on branding or graphic design.
  • Award-worthy portfolio showcasing world-class design sensibilities and interest in diverse communities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, visualizing multiple solutions iteratively.
  • Understanding of business and brand priorities, translating them into design solutions.
  • Experience leading projects, working on regional campaigns, and familiar with production processes and terminology.
  • Exceptional English communication and presentation skills, with fluency in another Asian language desirable.
