Role Summary:

The Executive Creative Director is responsible for developing the overall creative strategy for a brand. They stay up-to-date with products and services to ensure that their team is executing effectively. As the Executive Creative Director at Cog Culture, you will work closely with clients to create original ideas and speak directly with clients to learn about their needs. You will be responsible for providing creative insights to the company in designing and developing our projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct the creative functionalities of concept development, collaborate with team members, create a work environment, meet work expectations, and discuss team goals and achievements.
  • Oversee the work for timely delivery.
  • Ensure the effective maintenance of creative work and maintain quality as per market standards.
  • Lead the creative teams in a specific manner and assign tasks as per client requirements.
  • Take important decisions that ensure organizational profitability without compromising creative quality.
  • Lead client presentations, pitches, and creative reviews.
  • Create and enforce design best practices and procedures.
  • Create an open environment for team suggestions and ideas to improve creativity and productivity.
  • Train the team on a timely basis for improvement.

  • Ability to marry up data and insights with creative output.
  • Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
