Job Title: Project Intern Location: Bangalore Department: Project Reporting To: Founder (Gautham) Duration: 3 Months internship (extendable based on performance) Stipend: 15000/- Website : raho.co.inAbout the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Intern to join our project and construction management team. This internship provides hands-on exposure to estimation, costing, budgeting, procurement, and site execution, while also developing technical and managerial skills essential for a career in construction and infrastructure projects.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in quantity take-off, estimation, and costing for civil, structural, and finishing works.Support preparation of BOQs, project budgets, and cost comparisons using MS Excel.Develop and maintain Excel-based dashboards, cost-tracking reports, and project documentation.Interpret and analyze Auto CAD drawings, architectural and structural plans.Contribute to project schedules, progress monitoring, and site execution support.Coordinate with vendors for procurement, material tracking, and vendor evaluation.Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and project specifications.Participate in site visits, inspections, and project review meetings for real-world exposure. RequirementsBachelor's degree (or final-year student) in Civil Engineering.Knowledge of estimation, costing, and budgeting practices.Proficiency in MS Excel (dashboards, formulas, reports).Working knowledge of Auto CAD and ability to interpret engineering drawings.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Basic understanding of construction processes, procurement, and project management tools.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.What You'll GainExposure to live project execution and construction management.Hands-on training in Excel-based cost control, budgeting, and reporting tools.Practical experience in interpretation of drawings and project planning.Mentorship from experienced engineers and project managers.Skill development for a career in civil engineering, project execution, and infrastructure
