We are hiring Business Development Executives to help expand our international sales efforts in the IT and web development space. This role includes lead generation, client communication, and sales support across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified leads from international markets.
  • Identify and reach out to potential clients via email, calls, and LinkedIn.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings or demos with prospects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored service pitches.
  • Prepare proposals and assist in closing deals.
  • Track activities in CRM and meet weekly targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Prior experience in international sales or IT services is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Comfortable working in both day and night shifts.
  • Cab facility is available only for night shift employees.
