Key Responsibilities:
Creation of Monthly MIS reports highlighting current financial results, major financial KPIs, variances w.r.t Budget and previous periods, ratio analysis, etc.
Creation of financial forecasts of Profitability statements and tracking the same against existing performance
Overviewing computation of variance analysis on product costs, evaluating reasons and ensuring that cost variances are adequately reflected through financials
Coordinating and executing activities for monthly accounts closure and preparation of monthly financial statements
Create financial forecasts of working capital emphasizing cash conversion cycle, investing activities, seasonal inventory movements, etc.
Analysis of the financial performance of Peer Companies with quarterly reporting and highlighting existing industry trends and variances to identify factors that improve profitability and reduce costs
Report creation on various projects of Capex and Opex nature and computing financial viability based on future cash flows, leverage of funds, IRR, Payback period, etc.
Pan-India Waste Compliance Lead for E-waste and Plastic waste covering all avenues such as holistic legal compliance, cost control, vendor management, MIS and presentations, accounting, government and industry representations, etc
Accounting and control of inter-corporate transactions and periodic reconciliations with Pan-India branches.
Holistic supervision and execution over TDS compliance including TDS payments, returns, accounting, etc.
Management of purchase invoice processing with a focus on reducing the booking cycle, timely availment, and understanding the impact on material consumption and expenses.
Skills & Qualifications:
Fully qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
1-3 years of accounting experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in financial systems, SAP, and Microsoft tools.
Excellent skills in conciliation, financial analysis, and problem-solving.
