Assistant HR Manager

We are seeking adedicated and experienced HR professional for hospitality companywhere you will be responsible for supporting all HR functions andensuring smooth operations within theorganization.
JobResponsibilities
- Assistin recruitment processes including job postings screening resumesscheduling interviews and conducting interviews.
- Coordinate employee on boarding andorientation programs.
- Maintain employeerecords and ensure all HR databases are up to date.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HRpolicies benefits and procedures.
- Manageemployee relations issues and provide guidance on conflictresolution.
- Ensure compliance with labour lawsand regulations.
- Registering all employees toESIC & PF
- Manage endtoend payrollprocessing including calculating salaries deductions bonuses and incompliance with company policies and regulations.
- Coordinate with various departments to gathernecessary payroll data and ensure timely submission.
- Address any payrollrelated queries fromemployees and provide assistance asneeded.
JobRequirements
- Degree inHuman Resources Management / Business Administration or relatedfield.
- Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in HRDepartment preferably in Hospitalitybusiness.
- Knowledge of HR functions includingrecruitment onboarding performance management and employeerelations.
- Familiarity with HR software anddatabases.
- Strong communication andinterpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintainconfidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Detailoriented andorganized.
- Female candidatepreferred.
