We are seeking adedicated and experienced HR professional for hospitality companywhere you will be responsible for supporting all HR functions andensuring smooth operations within theorganization.

JobResponsibilities

  • Assistin recruitment processes including job postings screening resumesscheduling interviews and conducting interviews.
  • Coordinate employee on boarding andorientation programs.
  • Maintain employeerecords and ensure all HR databases are up to date.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HRpolicies benefits and procedures.
  • Manageemployee relations issues and provide guidance on conflictresolution.
  • Ensure compliance with labour lawsand regulations.
  • Registering all employees toESIC & PF
  • Manage endtoend payrollprocessing including calculating salaries deductions bonuses and incompliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Coordinate with various departments to gathernecessary payroll data and ensure timely submission.
  • Address any payrollrelated queries fromemployees and provide assistance asneeded.

JobRequirements

  • Degree inHuman Resources Management / Business Administration or relatedfield.
  • Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in HRDepartment preferably in Hospitalitybusiness.
  • Knowledge of HR functions includingrecruitment onboarding performance management and employeerelations.
  • Familiarity with HR software anddatabases.
  • Strong communication andinterpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintainconfidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Detailoriented andorganized.
  • Female candidatepreferred.
