Staftonic is looking for
dynamic and experienced recruiters
with
3+ years of experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of
    end-to-end recruitment
    for Pharma and Engineering positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Partner closely with
    hiring managers and business leaders
    to understand role requirements, candidate profiles, and team needs.
  • Build and maintain a
    strong talent pipeline
    of high-quality candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure
    structured documentation, timely reporting, and adherence to recruitment processes
    .
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, Cipal, and Indeed, to identify and engage top talent.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and talent market insights to enhance recruitment strategies.

Skills & Requirements:

  • 3+ years of recruitment experience
    in Pharma, Life Sciences, or Engineering domains.
  • Strong understanding of
    Life Sciences industry roles and technical requirements
    .
  • Excellent
    communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
    .
  • Process-oriented with the ability to
    manage multiple openings and priorities efficiently
    .
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working in a
    fast-paced environment
    .
