Position Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a
Recruiter located in Hyderabad. The Recruiter will be responsible for screening and interviewing candidates, managing the recruitment and selection process, building talent pipelines, and maintaining relationships with hired candidates. Daily tasks include sourcing candidates from job boards and social networks, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Responsibilities:

  • We are looking for a motivated Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience.
  • The ideal candidate should have knowledge of US work authorizations (
    all
    types of EADs, GC, USC).
  • Proficiency in sourcing candidates from job boards and social networks.
  • Relevant experience in a recruitment role, preferably in the healthcare or life sciences industry.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • An educational background or experience in the Life Sciences or Pharma domain would be an added advantage.
