Job Description As a Customer Value Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving insights from customer data to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and overall value. You are responsible for analyzing large datasets, identifying trends, and providing actionable recommendations to optimize customer interactions and improve business outcomes. Collect and Analyze customer data to identify patterns, trends, and correlations that impact customer value. Develop and maintain predictive models to forecast customer behavior, including churn, lifetime value, and cross-sell opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable strategies and initiatives. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer value and recommend adjustments to improve outcomes. Conduct A/B tests and experiments to optimize customer experiences and increase engagement. Generate reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer analytics and data science. Value Success Planning Process. Skills & Requirements 5+ years of experience in data analysis or related roles, preferably in a customer-centric environment. Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages used for data analysis. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, AWS QuickSight, or Power BI. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical information to non-technical audiences. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Prior experience with machine learning techniques and predictive modeling is a plus. Ability to present findings clearly and concisely to different stakeholders.
