As a Business Development Associate you will be part of a dynamic sales team; selling Analytics based products for Retail, CPG segments, addressing international geographies like North America, South America, Europe.
A person with an entrepreneurial, thoughtful and positive mindset/approach to solving large problems, capable of adapting to changing market conditions, will be the best fit. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential A Business development associate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Understanding the retail businesses for the geo, do the need gap analysis, mapping prospect need and Algonomy offering
Strategize and define territory planningin conjunction with respective Account Directors to ensure optimal approach (Account based Marketing, high touch / low touch approaches)
Understanding the outcome behavior of various demand generation channels (Google Adwords, LinkedIn et al) for the campaigns being run by the team and plan appropriate outreaches
Generate demand for the suite of offerings. Identify, qualify and generate discussions in the defined territory (international market)
Prospecting with zeal - identify decision makers, timelines, hot-buttons, and specific qualifications and engage them with personalized content and pitch
Effectively perform and manage all demand generation activities including inbound lead discussions and outbound outreaches (including personalized mails, calls LinkedIn inmails)
Coordinating with the team to ensure the quality of discussions, gain feedback and maintain a healthy pipeline
Exposure to best Martech stack in the world (6Sense- intent based ABM platform, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, SFDC, Marketo & Twilio)
