Stays current with purchasing technology trends and oversees purchase and implementation, as necessary.10. Control Inventory by optimizing lot size and reducing delivery lead time.11. Expert in construction material Handle end to end procurement of the assigned material and ensure timely delivery of materials at sites and timely payment to suppliers.12. Identify alternative / new products in the market, undertake cost -benefit analysis and present to the management.13. Creating strong networking within and outside the organization.14. Continuous monitoring, review & taking timely corrective action to achieve the targets

Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degreeExperience: 10 - 15+ years of experience in Real EstateExperience using procurement software and databases.

Skills :Good Communication in English.Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable business insights.Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying data findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
