Position Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level AI Workflow Automation Engineer to design, build, and maintain automated workflows that integrate AI capabilities with business processes. You will work with cutting-edge no-code/low-code automation platforms to create intelligent workflows that connect various applications, automate data processing, and implement AI-driven decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities
Workflow Design & Development

• Design and build automated workflows using platforms like n8n, Zapier, (Integromat), and Gumloop
• Create intelligent automation sequences that integrate AI services (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google AI) with business applications
• Develop multi-step workflows that combine data processing, API integrations, and AI-powered analysis
• Build conditional logic and decision trees within automation platforms to handle complex business scenarios
• Create reusable workflow templates and components for common automation patterns
• Document workflow designs, logic flows, and integration requirements

AI Integration & Implementation

• Integrate various AI APIs and services into automated workflows (ChatGPT, Claude, Google Gemini, etc.)
• Implement natural language processing workflows for document analysis, content generation, and text classification
• Build AI-powered data enrichment and validation processes
• Create intelligent content workflows including automated writing, summarization, and translation
• Develop AI-driven decision-making processes within business workflows
• Configure prompt engineering and AI model parameters for optimal workflow performance

Platform Management & Optimization

• Monitor and maintain automated workflows to ensure reliable performance and uptime
• Troubleshoot workflow failures and implement error handling mechanisms
• Optimize workflow performance including execution time, resource usage, and cost efficiency
• Manage workflow versions, rollbacks, and deployment processes across different environments
• Implement workflow testing procedures and quality assurance processes
• Create monitoring dashboards and alerting systems for critical automation processes

System Integration & Connectivity

• Connect various business applications and services through APIs and webhooks
• Build integrations with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot), productivity tools (Slack, Microsoft Teams), and databases
• Implement data transformation and mapping between different systems and formats
• Create secure authentication and authorization flows for third-party integrations
• Develop custom connectors and API endpoints when pre-built integrations are unavailable
• Ensure data consistency and synchronization across multiple connected systems

Client Support & Collaboration

• Work with internal teams and clients to understand automation requirements and business processes
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for deployed automation workflows
• Create user documentation and training materials for automated processes
• Conduct workflow demonstrations and training sessions for end users
• Gather feedback on automation performance and implement improvements based on user needs
• Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to identify new automation opportunities

Required Qualifications
Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• OR equivalent experience through bootcamps, certifications, or demonstrated hands-on automation projects
• 0-2 years of experience in workflow automation, business process automation, or related fields
• Portfolio or examples of automation workflows created using no-code/low-code platforms

Technical Skills

• Automation Platforms:

Hands-on experience with at least 2-3 platforms (n8n, Zapier, , Gumloop, Power Automate)
- API Integration:

Basic understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and API authentication methods
- AI Services:

Familiarity with AI API platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google AI, Azure Cognitive Services)
- Data Formats:

Knowledge of JSON, XML, CSV, and data transformation techniques
- Basic Programming:

Understanding of JavaScript, Python, or similar scripting languages for custom logic
- Database Knowledge:

Basic SQL skills and understanding of database connections and queries

Platform-Specific Experience

• n8n:

Experience building workflows with custom nodes, expressions, and self-hosted deployments
- Zapier:

Proficiency in creating Zaps, filters, formatters, and advanced multi-step workflows
- (Integromat):

Knowledge of scenario building, routers, iterators, and error handling
- Gumloop:

Experience with AI-powered workflow creation and loop-based automation processes
- Additional Tools:

Familiarity with Bubble, Airtable, Notion, or other no-code platforms is a plus

AI & Automation Knowledge

• Understanding of AI capabilities and limitations for business process automation
• Knowledge of prompt engineering techniques for AI integration in workflows

Understanding of common business workflows (sales, marketing, customer service, operations)
