**Data Entry Operator - Contract/Freelance (Freshers Welcome)**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Data Entry**: Accurately enter and update student, teacher, and class-related data using Google Sheets and other internal tools.
- **Database Management**: Maintain clean and organized records of attendance, bookings, payments, and class activities.
- **Google Form Monitoring**: Track responses from internal Google Forms and sync data with the master database.
- **Quality Assurance**: Cross-check entries for errors, duplication, or inconsistencies and make necessary corrections.
- **Basic Reporting**: Generate summaries and data reports as instructed.
- **Coordination Support**: Collaborate with the academic team to ensure timely updates and smooth backend operations.

**Requirements**:
**Education**: Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s preferred)
**Experience (preferred)**:

- Freelance/remote work experience: 6 months - 1 year
- Google Sheets or MS Excel: Basic to intermediate level

**Skills**:

- Strong typing accuracy and speed
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Forms)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
- Basic English communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
