Key Responsibilities:

- **Data Entry**: Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company databases. This includes entering text and numerical information from source documents within time limits.
- Data Review and Verification: Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and check the output. Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
- Database Management Maintain database systems, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate. Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
- Confidentiality: Comply with data integrity and security policies, maintaining confidentiality of information at all times.
- Report Generation: Compile, verify the accuracy, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry. Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to gather information, resolve discrepancies in data, and support the completion of projects.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular audits of data entered into the system, ensuring high quality and accuracy of work.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma; further education or certification in office administration or relevant field is preferred.
- Proven data entry work experience, with an emphasis on speed and accuracy.
- Experience with MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically) and data programs.
