**Job Summary**: As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and verifying data in the company's database. Your attention to detail and efficiency will contribute to the overall accuracy and integrity of the data.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Data Entry**:

- Inputting and updating data into the company's database using various software and tools.
- Ensuring accuracy and completeness of information during data entry.

**Verification**:

- Reviewing and cross-referencing data to identify and correct errors.
- Verifying the accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents.

**Quality Control**:

- Performing regular data quality checks to maintain high standards of accuracy.
- Resolving discrepancies and inconsistencies in the data.

**Organization and Maintenance**:

- Organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files of documents.
- Archiving and retrieving data as needed.

**Reporting**:

- Generating reports and summaries based on the entered data.
- Providing regular updates on data entry progress and issues.

**Confidentiality**:

- Handling sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a data entry operator or in a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Basic understanding of databases and data management.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
