**Job Title**:Data Entry Operator

**Location**:Spaze iTech Park -Gurgaon, Sec 49, Haryana

**Work Environment**:100% WFO (in person), 5 days a week (Mon-Fri) from 11 - 8 pm IST

**Job Summary**: We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to join our team in

**Gurgaon location**:

- The role requires a high level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines while working in a fast-paced environment

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately enter data into the company’s database, spreadsheets, or other systems
- Verify and review data for errors or discrepancies and correct as necessary
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and security of sensitive information
- Ensure timely data entry and meet specific deadlines
- Process and prepare source documents for data entry
- Organize and update physical or digital files as needed
- Generate reports or summaries from the entered data
- Communicate with team members or other departments to clarify information or resolve issues
- Assist with data-related tasks as requested by supervisors or managers
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

**Requirements**:

- Graduate; additional education or certifications in data entry or related fields is a plus
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar data-related role
- Strong typing skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with data management and data entry software is a plus
- Knowledge of basic data analysis or reporting tools.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
