Role Description

HDFC bank ( bancaasurance ) This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager, located in Noida. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering suitable insurance solutions. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, providing policy advice, managing claims, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. The role involves liaising with internal teams to facilitate smooth policy issuance and after-sales service.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Customer relationship management and client service skills
  • Sales and marketing skills with a focus on insurance products
  • Basic understanding of financial products and insurance policies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
