Job Description :


Responsibilities :

AWS Security Architecture :

- Design and implement comprehensive security architectures for AWS environments, aligning with industry best practices and compliance standards.

- Ensure the secure configuration of AWS services, including IAM, VPC, security groups, and network ACLs.

- Implement robust identity and access management (IAM) controls to protect sensitive data and resources.

- Implement data protection measures using AWS KMS and Secret Manager.

- Configure AWS WAF and Shield for web application and distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) protection.

Security Monitoring and Remediation :

- Utilize AWS CloudTrail, CloudWatch, and Config for continuous monitoring and logging of AWS resources.

- Implement automated remediation processes to address security vulnerabilities promptly.

- Conduct regular security audits and penetration testing to identify and mitigate risks.

Incident Response :

- Develop and implement incident response plans for security incidents.

- Conduct incident response exercises and simulations to test readiness.

Compliance :

- Ensure compliance with relevant security and compliance standards (e. , PCI DSS, HIPAA, GDPR).

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of security best practices and industry regulations.

Qualifications :

- Strong understanding of AWS security best practices and services, including IAM, VPC, security groups, network ACLs, AWS WAF, Shield, KMS, Secret Manager, CloudTrail, CloudWatch, and Config.

- Experience with implementing identity and access management (IAM) controls.

- Knowledge of data protection and encryption techniques.

- Experience with security monitoring and incident response.

- Understanding of networking concepts (e., SSL/TLS, VPC flow logs).

- Experience with security tools like CrowdStrike, CloudFront, and CloudFlare (preferred).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- AWS certifications (e., Security Specialty) preferred
