Key Responsibilities: • Drive outbound corporate sales and partnerships for Moonstone Hammock properties. • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, travel agents, and event agencies. • Lead business development initiatives, negotiations, and contract closures. • Mentor and manage the sales team to deliver consistent results. • Represent Moonstone Hammock at corporate forums, industry exhibitions, and networking events. What We’re Looking For: • Proven B2 B sales expertise with a strong track record. • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. • Hospitality, events, or travel industry background is a big plus. • Strategic mindset with the ability to achieve and exceed targets.
