Position: Inside Sales Representative
Location: Sector 27,Gurugram (On-site)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp chats, and website-generated leads.
- Clearly explain product features and benefits, addressing customer queries with empathy.
- Convert leads into successful orders using a consultative sales approach.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities to improve Average Order Value (AOV).
- Record and maintain accurate data in CRM tools, Shopify, or Unicommerce systems.
- Gather customer feedback and collaborate with marketing/product teams to enhance customer experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 0–2 years of experience in D2C/B2C sales, telesales, or customer-facing roles.
- Comfortable handling 100–150 daily customer interactions (calls, WhatsApp, chats).
- Proficient in Hindi and English; regional languages are an added advantage.
- Strong persuasion, listening, and empathy skills with a customer-first mindset.
- High energy, goal-oriented, and eager to grow within a dynamic D2C environment.
