JobSummary:We are seeking a highly skilled andcustomerfocused Desktop Support Specialist who is fluentinJapanese to join our dynamic IT team. Theideal candidate will provide technical assistance andsupportto our endusers ensuring efficientand effective resolution of desktoprelated issues. This rolerequiresstrong communication skills in bothEnglish and Japanese to effectively assist a diverse userbase.Responsibilities:1.EndUser Support: Provide first andsecondlevel support for desktoprelated issues including hardwaresoftware andnetworkproblems. Respond to service requests andincidents in a timely and professionalmanner. Troubleshoot and resolve technicalissues via phone email remote assistance orinperson.2. Hardware and SoftwareMaintenance: Install configure and maintaindesktop hardware and software components.Conduct routine checks and updates to ensure the stability andsecurity of desktop systems. Collaboratewith the IT team to implement hardware and softwareupgrades.3. MultilingualCommunication: Communicate effectively withendusers in both English and Japanese.Provide clear instructions and guidance to resolve technicalissues. Create documentation and knowledgebase articles in both languages.4. ProblemAnalysis and Resolution: Analyze anddiagnose technical issues determining appropriatesolutions. Escalate complex problems tohigherlevel support teams when necessary.Collaborate with other IT teams to identify and implement longtermsolutions.Requirements:1.Language Skills: Fluency in both Japaneseand English is required. Knowledge of Windowsand Mac operating systems. Familiarity withcommon desktop applications and productivitytools.3.
