Operations Manager
to oversee and optimize operations across our fitness centers. This role is integral to delivering exceptional member experiences, maintaining high facility standards, and driving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in operations management, team leadership, and customer service. While experience in the fitness industry is a plus, it is not mandatory.This is an on-site role requiring shift-based availability (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM or 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM) to manage end-to-end operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functionality. Manage member registration in
BioMax
post-membership purchase.Assign trainers to new members and ensure timely completion of fitness profiling, including
BCA (Body Composition Analysis)
and consultation updates.Daily Operations:
Oversee member check-ins and ensure workouts commence within 5–10 minutes of arrival.Address flagged issues promptly, including trainer delays or non-compliance.Ensure mandatory fitness updates every 10 check-ins and BCA assessments every 30–45 days.Facility & Compliance Management:
Monitor hygiene standards, equipment functionality, and overall cleanliness.Ensure adherence to internal SOPs and safety protocols.Collaborate with the security team for smooth gym operations.Customer Experience:
Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing concerns in real time.Foster a welcoming and efficient environment through collaboration with the team.Team Leadership & Coordination:
Lead auditors and real-time callers to ensure operational monitoring.Supervise front desk staff and ensure daily task logging in the designated system.Shift Management:
Oversee operations across two shifts (6:00 AM–2:00 PM and 2:00 PM–10:00 PM).Ensure smooth handovers and consistent operational standards between shifts.Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Monitor KPIs, including member satisfaction, operational efficiency, and retention.Provide detailed reports to senior management on daily operations and compliance.Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for a proactive professional with:Proven experience in
operations management , ideally in customer-facing industries like retail, hospitality, fitness, or facility management.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a problem-solving mindset.A people-first approach, capable of motivating teams and delivering exceptional customer service.Required Skills & Competencies Operational Expertise:
Hands-on experience in managing daily operations, implementing processes, and ensuring SOP compliance.Leadership & Team Management:
Proven ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.Customer Focus:
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to address member concerns promptly.Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with operational tools, CRM software, and tracking systems. Experience with
BioMax
or similar tools is an advantage.Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication for seamless team coordination and member engagement.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in
Business Administration ,
