Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager to take end-to-end ownership of our innovative product suite. You will bridge the gap between business and technical teams, ensuring our platform meets the evolving needs of our users while maintaining a scalable, reliable, and efficient technical architecture. You will be the single point of contact for product strategy, development, and delivery.
Responsibilities Product Strategy & Roadmap Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and prioritize the product roadmap.
Translate business requirements into clear and actionable product features.
Define and track product success metrics (KPIs) to ensure we’re meeting user needs and business goals.
Technical Leadership Collaborate with architects and developers to design scalable, secure, and efficient technical solutions.
Evaluate and recommend AWS services, tools, and best practices to improve system reliability and performance.
Ensure all products (mobile apps, dashboard, website) align with modern development principles like microservices, CI/CD, and cloud-native architecture.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Act as the central point of communication between engineering, design, DevOps, marketing, and business teams.
Lead sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Gather user feedback through analytics, surveys, and interviews to inform product decisions.
End-to-End Product Ownership Own the delivery of features from ideation to deployment, ensuring they meet business and technical requirements.
Identify and mitigate risks related to product development, scalability, and user adoption.
Continuously improve user experience through iterations and enhancements.
User-Centric Development Define user personas and workflows, ensuring that all features solve real-world problems.
Work closely with UI/UX teams to deliver intuitive and engaging interfaces for both customers and internal users.
Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Expertise Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. (An MBA is a bonus.)
6+ years of experience in technical product management, software engineering, or a similar role.
Proficient in modern tech stacks: AWS, Node.js, Flutter, React.js, Next.js.
Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices, including CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services.
Familiarity with machine learning workflows and tools like AWS SageMaker, Rekognition, or Lambda.
Product Management Skills Proven experience translating business requirements into actionable product features.
Ability to write detailed PRDs (Product Requirement Documents) and user stories.
Skilled in managing technical and non-technical stakeholders across teams.
Analytical and Leadership Skills Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or AWS CloudWatch.
Strong decision-making skills to prioritize features and resolve conflicts.
Exceptional leadership skills to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.
Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication to convey technical ideas to business stakeholders and vice versa.
Skilled in creating presentations and updates for C-level executives.
Preferred Qualifications Experience in the fitness industry or familiarity with fitness-related technologies.
Understanding of mobile app development lifecycles.
Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Figma.
