Position Overview
The Technical Workforce Talent Acquisition Executive (TA Executive) will be responsible for executing talent acquisition strategies to attract top technical talent to Techeo. This role requires a proactive recruiter with strong technical recruitment skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for identifying and engaging high-caliber candidates. The TA Executive will work closely with the TA Manager and hiring managers to ensure a seamless and effective recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing : Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, and industry networks, to identify and attract top technical talent.
Recruitment Process : Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and candidate screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Candidate Engagement : Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing a positive and engaging experience throughout the recruitment process.
Collaboration : Work closely with hiring managers and the TA Manager to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
Employer Branding : Promote Techeo’s employer brand by highlighting our unique value proposition and company culture to potential candidates.
Diversity and Inclusion : Ensure that diversity and inclusion principles are integrated into the recruitment process, building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are a plus.
Experience :
Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical talent acquisition or recruitment.
Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting technical talent.
Technical Expertise : Strong understanding of technical roles and skills in the technology industry.
Recruitment Skills : Excellent sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills. Ability to effectively manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
Communication Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
