Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for our clients. This role involves sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates, as well as building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. The successful candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and have a keen eye for talent. We are hiring for 5 headcount positions in our Delhi office.


Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition
  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Candidate Management
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Provide candidates with a positive recruitment experience and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job specifications.
  • Provide consultative advice and guidance to clients on recruitment best practices.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Administrative & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Prepare and deliver regular recruitment reports and metrics to the HR Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Market Research & Strategy
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Develop innovative recruiting strategies to enhance our talent acquisition efforts.
  • Participate in career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities to promote Valkyrie People Consulting.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
