About the job


MANTARA is seeking a Full-Time Marketing Head to lead and revolutionize our brand. We need a visionary who can create and implement innovative strategies for brand and community engagement, digital and performance marketing, and SEO and web analytics. This role requires proven executional ability with a hands-on approach.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand and Community Engagement:
  • Develop and refine MANTARA's brand language, visual identity, and comprehensive brand guide, emphasizing minimalist elegance, bold typography, and clean lines.
  • Craft and implement a brand messaging strategy focused on luxury, craftsmanship, and aspirational living, ensuring consistent and compelling communication across all channels.
  • Build and nurture a luxury brand community through strategic partnerships with influencers and industry leaders, enhancing brand reputation and awareness.
  • Organize and execute community engagement events, both online and offline, to foster brand loyalty and deepen connections with our audience.


  • Digital and Performance Marketing:
  • Design and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions, utilizing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant digital tools.
  • Develop a content marketing strategy that positions MANTARA as a thought leader in the industry, creating high-quality, engaging content for social media, blogs, and other digital platforms.
  • Manage and optimize ad campaigns, including search, display, and performance max ads on Google Ads, and create impactful ad creatives for Facebook Ads.
  • Set up and manage Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and other tracking tools to monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing detailed reports and actionable insights.


  • SEO and Web Analytics:
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify target keywords and phrases that will enhance search engine visibility and drive organic traffic.
  • Optimize website content and structure, ensuring it aligns with SEO best practices and provides a seamless user experience.
  • Implement technical SEO improvements, including website speed optimization, mobile optimization, and ensuring crawlability.
  • Collaborate with content creators to produce keyword-rich content that drives organic traffic and engagement.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates, adapting strategies as needed to maintain and improve search engine rankings.



Requirements:

  • Proven track record of independently executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire and manage a team.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, branding, and SEO, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite) and digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field. Google Ads and Facebook Ads certification preferred.
  • Passion for design, innovation, and sustainability, with a creative and proactive approach to problem-solving.


Salary Range: 6LPA - 10LPA
