We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven professional to manage end-to-end RTA operations. Responsible for overseeing investor transactions, maintaining accurate data, complying with SEBI/AMFI guidelines, and supporting all regulatory reporting requirements. The role calls for sharp analytical skills, accuracy, and the ability to work effectively under high transaction volumes and tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day RTA operations including processing investor transactions: subscriptions, redemptions, switches, SIP/STP/SWP, etc.
  • Verify and process investor applications, ensuring compliance with SEBI/AMFI regulations and internal policies.
  • Maintain accurate investor records in the RTA system, including unit holder details, bank mandates, nominee details, KYC, FATCA/CRS, etc.
  • Coordinate with AMCs, custodians, distributors, and intermediaries for smooth execution of transactions.
  • Handle reconciliations between fund accounting, bank, and RTA records to ensure accuracy.
  • Monitor and resolve transaction discrepancies, investor queries, and escalations within defined TAT.
  • Support reporting requirements regulatory (SEBI, AMFI, FATCA, CRS), MIS, dashboards, and client-specific reports.
  • Ensure adherence to audit requirements, internal controls, and operational risk management framework.
  • Participate in process improvements, automation, and implementation of new regulatory requirements.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of RTA processes and mutual fund operations.
  • Familiarity with SEBI/AMFI guidelines, KYC/AML norms, FATCA/CRS compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ability to work on RTA systems (e.g., CAMS/KFintech or similar).
  • Good analytical skills, eye for detail, and reconciliation ability.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to handle high transaction volumes within defined timelines.
