Overview ManageArtworks is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and manage multiple projects within our organization. In this role, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the implementation/configuration of our ManageArtworks solution across diverse client bases, including large enterprises and SMEs. Your responsibilities will encompass ensuring that all project phases—from initial planning through to execution and delivery—are meticulously managed to meet strict timelines, budgets, and the highest quality standards. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to lead impactful projects while collaborating closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
Key deliverables Client and Stakeholder Management
o  Engage with clients to gather and understand their requirements.
o  Translate client needs into detailed project specifications and deliverables.
o  Ensure that all project activities align with client expectations and business goals.
o  Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues.
o  Facilitate meetings and communication between clients, internal teams, and external vendors.
Project Planning and Coordination:
o   Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules.
o   Coordinate with internal teams, including development, design, marketing, and support, to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
o   Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
o   Allocate resources effectively to ensure project milestones are achieved.
Implementation and Configuration:
o   Oversee the implementation and configuration of the ManageArtworks solution across enterprise and SaaS customers
o   Ensure that systems are properly set up to support project requirements and streamline processes.
o   Ensure all solutions meet client requirements, industry standards, and quality benchmarks.
Documentation and Reporting:
o   Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, timelines, meeting notes, and status reports.
o   Provide regular reports to senior management on project status, risks, and performance metrics.
Qualifications ·      Bachelor’s degree Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
·      Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the software industry.
·      Experience with implementation and configuration of software systems for large enterprises
·      Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
·      Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, team members, and vendors.
·      Experience working with international customers, understanding their diverse requirements.
·      Proficiency in project management software and tools.
·      Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
·      Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Good to have:
·      PMP or equivalent project management certification.
·      Strong understanding of packaging artwork processes, including design, pre-press, and production.
·      Experience with regulatory requirements related to packaging artwork in the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or cosmetics industries.
·      Knowledge of graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
·      Experience with international project management.
