Sales Coordinator

The Client and Sales Support Executive will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their needs and ensuring smooth communication and service delivery. This role involves providing direct administrative support to the sales team, handling client inquiries, managing sales files, and assisting in payment collection. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent organizational skills, and be capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles, preferably within a sales environment.
Responsibilities
Customer and Staff Support:
Serve as the primary contact for customers, managing daily administration, calendars, travel schedules and calls.
Address customer inquiries regarding accounts and products as the main customer service representative.
Enhance customer satisfaction by promptly responding to emails and handling phone orders. Collaborate with sales representatives to ensure timely order processing.
Sales Files and Reports:
Develop and maintain an organized filing system for all active sales files, both digitally and in hardcopy.
Lead the preparation of resources for high-quality sales presentations.
Ensure confidentiality of all sensitive information.
Prepare and analyze sales data, proposing actionable insights.
Support to Direct Sales Head:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales Head.
Prepare and coordinate reports and agendas for meetings.
Monitor payment collections, coordinating with the sales team, and reporting progress to the Sales Head on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Qualifications
Educational Background : A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and experience with sales reporting tools.
