OPERATIONAL
1. Sales Coordinator will be more responsible for Pre-Sales Support to Sales Teams
2. Sales Coordinator will get in touch with Bookers/Admin and develop a reputation to help them or get enquiries for future business and then routing it to Sales Account Handler to close and service the query.
3. Sales Coordinator will be calling all the bookers/Admin as a pre-sales support to know the account handler or get the initial quotes and property details.
4. Sales Coordinator will act as a point of contact to handle the queries raised by the guest to be sent to Sales Team or user department for getting all answered and then try closing the deal or properly handling the lead which can then be handled by sales to get it materialized.
5. Sales Coordinator will not only be restricted to the above and will also support the sales account handler in sending communications, sending and executing sales contract etc.
6. Sales Coordinator will also be acting as a feedback receiver for the sales account person for the particular company and can give direct feedback of the booker/admin to the unit head or sales head in case of concerns on servicing of the account is raised by the client.
7. Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material.
9. Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
10. Manage and record all sales inquiries and ensure prompt replies.
11. Preparation of daily reports and data analysis of all inquiries

13. Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material.
INTERPERSONAL
1. Assisting the sales team in preparing sales proposals, contracts, and other documents required for sales meetings and presentations.
2. Conducting research on potential clients and market trends to help the sales team identify new business opportunities.
3. Maintaining client and prospect databases, including accurate and up-to-date contact information and sales activity tracking.
4. Coordinating sales events such as trade shows, meetings and conferences, including travel arrangements, logistics, materials, and networking opportunities.
5. Attending sales meetings and preparing meeting minutes and follow-up action items.
6. Handling customer inquiries and complaints, providing information and assistance as needed.
7. Collaborating with other departments such as marketing and guest services to ensure seamless customer experiences.
8. Assisting with financial and budget analysis related to sales activities.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
