Role Description
This is Fulltime role for a Senior Business Development Executive(2-3 years of experience) based in Pune. The Senior Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management. This is an on-site role.
Qualifications
New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
Strong business acumen and effective communication abilities

Ability to create and maintain client relationships

Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Key Responsibilities:
● Client Acquisition & Relationship Management : Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with clients across industries, focusing on UX and design services.
● Market Expansion : Develop and execute strategies to expand Feelpixel's presence both in India and internationally.
● Strategic Partnerships : Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
● Proposal Development : Lead the development of tailored proposals and pitches that align with client needs and
showcase Feelpixel’s value.
● Market Research & Insights : Stay updated with industry trends and competitive landscape to refine business strategies.
● Sales Targets : Consistently meet or exceed revenue and growth targets.
Required Skills & Experience:
● 2- 3+ years of experience in business development, specifically within design service companies (UX, product design, digital agencies, etc.).
● Proven ability to generate and manage a pipeline of high-value business leads.
● Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● Deep understanding of the design industry and its challenges.
● Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growth and scalability.
● Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
