Role Overview

We are seeking passionate and target-driven Tele Sales Executives to join our team. In this role, you will engage with students and parents via phone calls and WhatsApp, explain the value of our internship programs and guide them through the enrollment process.

Your goal will be to convert leads into paid enrollments while maintaining a student-first approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call and counsel students/parents who have registered for our internship program.
  • Explain program features: training, projects, certifications, mentor support, and instalment payment options.
  • Handle objections confidently (pricing, career outcomes, timing).
  • Guide students to complete payment (full or instalment) and confirm enrollment.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM.
  • Share WhatsApp follow-ups (templates provided) to reduce no-shows.
  • Meet weekly sales targets and reporting metrics.
  • Work closely with the marketing & sales team to improve conversions.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Education: Graduate (preferable any IT stream )
  • Experience: Freshers welcome; experience in telesales/edtech counseling preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English, Hindi (Marathi preferred).
  • Ability to explain career benefits of technical programs clearly.
  • Target-driven with a positive, persuasive attitude.
  • Comfortable using CRM, WhatsApp Business, and Google Sheets.
