**Role Overview**

We are seeking passionate and target-driven **Tele Sales Executives** to join our team. In this role, you will engage with students and parents via phone calls and WhatsApp, explain the value of our **internship programs** and guide them through the enrollment process.

Your goal will be to **convert leads into paid enrollments** while maintaining a student-first approach.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Call and counsel students/parents who have registered for our internship program.
- Explain program features: training, projects, certifications, mentor support, and instalment payment options.
- Handle objections confidently (pricing, career outcomes, timing).
- Guide students to complete payment (full or instalment) and confirm enrollment.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM.
- Share WhatsApp follow-ups (templates provided) to reduce no-shows.
- Meet weekly sales targets and reporting metrics.
- Work closely with the marketing & sales team to improve conversions.

**Key Skills & Requirements**
- **Education**: Graduate (preferable any IT stream )
- **Experience**: Freshers welcome; experience in telesales/edtech counseling preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi (Marathi preferred).
- Ability to explain career benefits of technical programs clearly.
- Target-driven with a positive, persuasive attitude.
- Comfortable using CRM, WhatsApp Business, and Google Sheets.

**Compensation & Benefits**
- Fixed Stipend/Salary + Attractive Incentives (per enrollment conversion).
