We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, understanding their needs, and closing sales. You will play a key role in boosting revenue and contributing to the company’s growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
- Promote and explain the company’s products/services to clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets on a regular basis.
- Record all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
- Handle objections effectively and professionally.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth order processing and customer onboarding.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
