Job Description:
As a Business Development Manager at Growify Digital, you will be responsible for spearheading business growth initiatives within the fashion industry. Leveraging your industry expertise and strategic acumen, you will drive revenue generation, forge strategic partnerships, and expand our client portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence within the fashion industry.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and potential clients, and develop targeted outreach efforts.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and contract closure, ensuring achievement of sales targets.
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including fashion brands, retailers, and industry influencers.
- Collaborate closely with the client servicing team to develop tailored solutions that address client needs and deliver measurable results.
- Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and pitches that effectively communicate the value proposition of Growify Digital's services.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide regular reports and analysis on sales performance, pipeline activity, and revenue projections to the management team.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles within the fashion industry, with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and exceed targets.
- Deep understanding of the fashion industry landscape, including market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive dynamics.
- Strong network of contacts within the fashion industry, including brands, retailers, and industry influencers.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and influence key stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
