Customer Service Associate – International Voice Process (UHG)

Location: Gurgaon – Sector 21 (initially may report to Sector 30)
Experience: 0–3 years in International Customer Service (UG freshers not eligible)
Education: UG / Graduate / Post Graduate (UG must have experience)
Shifts: 24x7 (Majorly Night Shifts)
Salary: ₹3.2 LPA (Freshers – ₹23K in-hand) to ₹3.43 LPA (Experienced – ₹25K in-hand)
Transport: Both side cab facility provided

Job Summary

We are hiring Customer Service Associates for UHG (International Voice Process) at our Gurgaon location. The role involves assisting international customers via voice support, ensuring quality service delivery in a professional 24x7 work environment. Candidates must be flexible with night shifts and should have excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle international voice process customer queries and provide effective resolutions.
  • Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and call quality.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
  • Maintain records of interactions in the company's CRM system.
  • Work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).

Requirements

  • Education: UG/Graduate/Post Graduate (UG freshers not eligible).
  • 0–3 years of experience in International Customer Service Voice Process.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work in night shifts and adapt to a 24x7 environment.
  • Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
