Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Associate, located in Gurugram. The Customer Service Associate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues effectively. Duties include ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and using proper phone etiquette to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Customer Support and Customer Service skills
  • Proven ability in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience management
  • Proficient in Phone Etiquette and communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Gurugram
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
