Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Acquisition Manager - Retail Branch Banking, located in Indore. The Acquisition Manager will be responsible for acquiring new customers, managing relationships with existing clients, and ensuring the growth of the retail banking portfolio. Daily tasks include identifying and pursuing business opportunities, achieving sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, and coordinating with branch staff to ensure smooth operations. The role requires a strong focus on financial products, customer experience, and compliance with banking regulations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer acquisition and relationship management
  • Knowledge of retail banking products such as MFI loans, Vikas Loans, and Shopkeeper Loans
  • Strong sales and marketing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with digital banking and traditional banking channels
  • Understanding of banking regulations and compliance
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
  • Experience in the banking sector, particularly in retail banking, is a plus
