About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Acquisition Manager to drive new customer acquisition for Savings and Current Accounts (CASA). This is a sales-focused role, ideal for professionals with a "hunter" mindset who can generate leads, convert prospects, and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through market visits, references, and other channels.

Acquire new customers for Savings and Current Accounts.

Understand customer needs and offer suitable banking solutions.

Cross-sell financial products such as Loans, Insurance, and Investment products.

Ensure smooth customer onboarding and documentation as per bank policies.

Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain compliance standards.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate / MBA preferred.

1–5 years of experience in Sales, preferably in Banking / Financial Services.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-driven, target-oriented with a passion for customer acquisition.

Ability to build and maintain relationships.
