
Territory Sales Manager

Role & Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
Achieve volume and value targets for FS category.
- Acquire new customers and retain existing ones.
- Identify market gaps and introduce new products.
Plan and forecast sales based on market trends.
Distributor Management
Maintain stock levels and ensure FIFO adherence.
- Monitor and improve distributor performance.
Expand physical distribution and onboard new distributors.
Customer Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with key accounts.
- Promote beverage products in existing FS accounts.
Ensure timely order collection and delivery coordination.
Reporting & Compliance
Submit required reports and claims on time.
- Ensure adherence to internal systems and reporting formats.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Sales, preferably in the Food Service (HORECA) or Beverage industry.
- Hands-on experience with distributor management and customer acquisition in Bhatinda.
- Strong knowledge of food service products like sauces, condiments, or beverages (e.g., ketchup, mayonnaise, juices).
- Proven ability to manage key accounts, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales or Marketing preferred.
- Familiar with sales reporting systems and market intelligence gathering.
