Role & Responsibilities:

  1. Sales & Business Development

  2. Achieve volume and value targets for FS category.

  3. Acquire new customers and retain existing ones.
  4. Identify market gaps and introduce new products.
  5. Plan and forecast sales based on market trends.

  6. Distributor Management

  7. Maintain stock levels and ensure FIFO adherence.

  8. Monitor and improve distributor performance.
  9. Expand physical distribution and onboard new distributors.

  10. Customer Relationship Management

  11. Build strong relationships with key accounts.

  12. Promote beverage products in existing FS accounts.
  13. Ensure timely order collection and delivery coordination.

  14. Reporting & Compliance

  15. Submit required reports and claims on time.

  16. Ensure adherence to internal systems and reporting formats.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in Sales, preferably in the Food Service (HORECA) or Beverage industry.
  • Hands-on experience with distributor management and customer acquisition in Bhatinda.
  • Strong knowledge of food service products like sauces, condiments, or beverages (e.g., ketchup, mayonnaise, juices).
  • Proven ability to manage key accounts, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales or Marketing preferred.
  • Familiar with sales reporting systems and market intelligence gathering.
